Insights
In the insights tab you gain a better understanding of how your flow is used by your users and how it is performing. The insights tab is divided into two tabs: ‘usage’ and ‘performance’.
1. Usage tab
We automatically collect (anonymized) click data when a user is using Qonfi. You can see the total amount of interactions, users, finishes and click-throughs in a given time period. We also automatically report which products are most advised and clicked on, what the top performing questions and worst performing questions are and what your users are preferring per question.
- Interaction: every time someone chooses an answer, clicks on a product or submits a form.
- Users: unique users who have used your flow.
- Finish: When someone reached the end of the flow and was shown an (product)advice, contact form or text page.
- Finish rate: total finished divided by total users
- Click-through: When someone clicked on a product in the advice, clicked on an add to cart button (product bundles), filled in a contact form or clicked on a web page.
- Click-through rate: total click-throughs divided by total users
2. Performance tab
Once you have connected GA4 you can measure the impact of Qonfi on your performance. We automatically create performance benchmarks based on metrics such as conversion rates, average order values, revenue, revenue per user and the total amount of conversions as shown in the example below.
All the shown data in the performance tab is Google Analytics 4 data. The conversions are purchase events only.
