How to send lead information to ActiveCampaign

To send the information properly, you will have to configure a form and map the Qonfi form fields to the correct ActiveCampaign form fields.

When you connect ActiveCampaign to Qonfi, all entered information including the answers given by your user are send to ActiveCampaign. This way you have a complete overview of your user's needs when following up a lead.

1. Go to Settings -> Apps and click "ActiveCampaign".

2. Enter the ActiveCampaign API URL.
3. Enter the ActiveCampaign API key
4. (Optional) Enter an ActiveCampaign List ID if you want to directly add contacts to a specific list.
5. Click "Connect".
6. Enable "Send answers and contact data to ActiveCampaign" in your form step or follow-up.
