How to send lead information to Copernica
To send the information properly, you will have to configure a form and map the Qonfi form fields to the correct Copernica fields.
When you connect Copernica to Qonfi, all entered information including the answers given by your user are send to Copernica. This way you have a complete overview of your user's needs when following up a lead.
1. Go to Settings -> Apps and click "Copernica".
2. Enter the Copernica API Access Token.
You can find the Access Token under Account -> Api Access Tokens in Copernica.
3. Enter the correct Database ID.
You can find the correct database ID by checking the number displayed in the address bar after selecting the database under profiles. In case of the screenshot below, our database ID is 2.
4. In the Qonfi popup, enter the field names that you use for your profiles in your Copernica database.
You can find your field names by clicking the "Fields & interests" button in Copernica.
5. When you have entered all the data in the popup, click "Connect".
Good to know: Qonfi always checks if there is already a profile for the submitted e-mail address. If one already exists, the existing profile is updated. If it doesn't exist, a new profile is created with the information submitted.
6. Enable "Send answers and contact data to Copernica" in your form step or follow-up.
7. Test your flow. When forms are now submitted, you should now see the submitted information and provided answers by that user in Copernica.
