How to send lead information to Dotdigital
To send the information properly, you will have to configure a form and map the Qonfi form fields to the correct Dotdigital form fields.
When you connect Dotdigital to Qonfi, all entered information including the answers given by your user are send to Dotdigital. This way you have a complete overview of your user's needs when following up a lead.
If you haven't setup an API user in DotDigital, please follow this guide.
Connecting to DotDigital
1. Go to Settings -> Apps and click "Dotdigital".
2. Enter the Dotdigital API user and password.
3. Click "Connect".
4. Enable "Send answers and contact data to Dotdigital" in your form step or follow-up.

Mapping information
When forms are submitted and data is send to DotDigital, all fields will be mapped using the "Category" field of your questions. Also, all fields will be prefixed with "QONFI_".
For example, when you have a category named "Material", a Data Field in DotDigital will be created, called "QONFI_MATERIAL".
Please note: Data fields names in DotDigital are limited to 20 characters. To keep things manageable we suggest keeping your category names short.
