How to send lead information to your e-mail using a form
Using a form in your flow is a great way to generate leads. When you use a form in Qonfi, all entered information including the answers given by your user are send to your e-mail. This way you have a complete overview of your user's needs when following up a lead.
You can use forms at the end of your flow (as a follow-up) or between steps in your flow (as a step).
Configure your e-mail settings
1. Go to Settings -> Apps and click "E-mail".
2. Enter the e-mail address you want to use to send your leads to.
3. Click "Connect".
4. Enable "Send answers and contact data to an e-mail address" in your form step or follow-up.

Testing your form
1. Go to "Preview & Styling" and click through your flow. Fill in the form shown after you've answered the last question and submit the form.
2. Once submitted, you should receive an e-mail containing all submitted data including the answers given by your user.
