How to send Qonfi interactions to Customer.io
When you use Customer.io, all entered information including the answers given by your user are sent to Customer.io and automatically added to your user attributes in Customer.io.
Using the "Qonfi Adviced" and "Qonfi Advice Email Sent" events to follow-up leads
Qonfi automatically fires two events:
- Qonfi Adviced: Fires when a user has seen the advice.
- Qonfi Advice Email Sent: Fires when a user has mailed the adviced to him/herself.
With these events, the adviced product information is also send to Customer.io.
This allows you to use this information in your follow-up e-mails. Let's for example, send a follow-up email to a user that sent the advice to him/herself but hasn't made a purchase after 5 days. This will look something like this:
