How to use Qonfi AI to generate a flow

You can use the power of Qonfi AI to translate your flow, optimize your current flow or set up an entire new flow. In this how-to we will discuss how you can create a new flow with Qonfi AI and how you can optimize your current flow with AI.

Qonfi AI builds a quick setup so you can move faster, but it can make mistakes. Let Qonfi AI handle the heavy lifting at the start, so you can focus on the details that make the difference. Keep control and maintain consistent quality by using AI for a quick setup. Finalize and evaluate it manually.

1. Create a new flow with Qonfi AI 

1. Choose the 'Qonfi AI' option when creating a new flow at the Wizards tab.

2. Click the checkbox 'I consent to my data being used by OpenAi to train the AI model'

3. Describe the goal of your flow in English. Where do you want to use it for? For example: 'help users find the perfect duvet'. Be as precise as you can be. If you already want to add specific questions to your flow, describe them. 

4. Optional but recommended: add a product feed url so we can automatically map the properties of the feed to Qonfi and match the products in your feed to your flow. 

5. Select the desired output language. 

6. Click "Next".

7. Select the options that matches your goals. Qonfi AI currently supports the 'guided selling' and 'lead generation option'. 

8. Click "Next".

9. Give your flow a name and click on 'create wizard'. 

That's it! Your entire flow is now being created. Give the Qonfi AI a minute or two to generate your flow. Once finished, you will see your flow in the interface as shown below.

Please double check if the Qonfi AI model has any tasks left which are currently running. You can check which tasks are currently generated by clicking on 'Qonfi AI'. In the example below you see that 15 tasks are currently generated by Qonfi AI. When clicking on it, you can see which tasks are currently running.

So what's automatically being created? 

Our AI model has automatically created your configuration setup, mapped your feed to Qonfi and added match rules in order to match the products from your feed to your flow. Let's dive deeper in each subject a bit. 

AI-generated flow

  • Questions and answers based on your specified product category.
  • Question texts to elaborate and explain the question and answers a bit more. 
  • Answer texts to elaborate and explain the answers a bit more.
  • Custom match labels are automatically generated
  • Images can be generated on demand. See 'Optimize your current flow with AI'. 

When previewing the flow in the preview & styling section, your questions of your flow looks like this:

AI-generated mapping

  • Your feed is automatically being uploaded and will refresh every four hours or each day, depending on your setup. 
  • Your product feed and its feed properties are automatically mapped to the Qonfi properties. This is necessary so that we understand some basic but important feed properties in your feed.

AI-generated matching rules

Our AI model automatically create prefilled match rules so that your products from your feed are automatically matched to the answers of your flow. In the example below, Qonfi AI has generated match rules to match the products from your feed to the right price answers and to the right material answers. 

Keep in mind
While our AI model can significantly speed up the process, it’s not perfect. To ensure quality and maintain full control, we recommend reviewing the generated rules and making adjustments. Either in bulk or manually. Also, the accuracy of the AI-generated match rules depends heavily on the quality of your product feed, among other things.

You can review your AI setup and optimize it manually or use AI to further optimize your flow. Let's dive in how you can optimize your current flow with AI.  

2. Optimize your current flow with AI

Besides using Qonfi AI to set up an entire new flow and to use it to translate your flow to other languages, you can also use Qonfi AI to add/optimize specific elements in your flow. You can use Qonfi AI to: 

  1. Add/edit answer images on demand.
  2. Automatically match your products to your flow by adding AI match rules. 
  3. Add/edit answer texts in order to explain and give more context to your answers.
  4. Add/edit questions texts in order to explain and give more context to your question.
  5. Add/ edit specific custom match labels so you can explain why your advised products best fits the needs of a user. 

Let's dive deeper on each element a little bit more. 

1. AI-generated answer images

  1. Click on the 'Configure' navigation tab 
  2. Click on the answer you want to generate an image for. 
  3. Click on 'Generate Image'

Images are quite 'heavy' to generate. Each generated image costs 10 credits. Every month you get 200 free credits. 

2. AI-generated match rules

You can use Qonfi AI to automatically match the products from your feed to the answers from your flow. Use the AI generated match rules as a first setup. You can then evaluate the match rules and adjust them accordingly in bulk or manually. 

  1. Click on the 'matching' navigation tab.
  2. Click on the 'data matching' tab.
  3. Click on the specific question you want to generate a match rule for.
  4. Click on 'Generate matching rules' in the bottom right.

The quality of our AI-generated match rules depends heavily on the quality of your feed, among other factors. Our model is trained daily and continues to improve over time. However, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the generated match rules and test the provided suggestions in the 'match testing' tab.

3. AI-generated answer text

Answer texts are ideal for providing answers with more context and explanation. They also offer you the opportunity to make visitors more aware of the differences between answers and explain any advantages and disadvantages between the options. You can generate AI answer texts with the following steps: 

  1. Click on the 'configure' navigation tab.
  2. Click on the answer you want to generate an answer text for.
  3. At the 'Text' field, click on 'Generate'.

4. AI-generated question text

The question text is great to give your question additional context. You can generate AI questions texts with the following steps: 

  1. Click on the 'configure' navigation tab.
  2. Click on the pencil icon of the question you want to add a question text to
  3. At the 'Text' field, click on 'Generate'.

5. AI-generated custom match labels

By default, Qonfi uses your question category and answer to construct the match labels shown in your advice. You can already customize match labels in your advice, so you can give more context when explaining why a product best matches a user need, but you can also generate custom match labels automatically with Qonfi AI.

  1. Click on the 'configure' navigation tab.
  2. Click on the answer you want to generate a custom match text for. 
  3. At the 'Match text' field, click on 'Generate'.

Qonfi AI credits

Each Qonfi account gets 200 free credits. Credits are replenished every month. Each AI task costs a specific amount of credits. 

  • Generating an entire new flow, including questions, answers, texts, match labels, match rules and mapping (50 credits)
  • Generating an image with Qonfi AI (10 credits) 
  • Generating matching rules (2 credits)
  • All other tasks such as generating a question text, answer text or match label (1 credit)
