How to analyze and optimize the performance of your selling guide
With the Insights dashboard, you get insights such as total interactions, users, finishes and which products are most frequently recommended and receive the most clicks. In addition, when you've linked GA4, you have even more insights in the impact of Qonfi on your performance.
Where to find the Insights dashboard
To view the insights, simply login and click on “Insights” in the header or go to a specific wizard and click on “Insights” in the navigation bar to the left.
We have subdivided ‘insights’ in two sections: “Usage” and “Performance”.
The Usage section gives insights into:
- Total interactions, users, finishes and click-throughs
- Top advised products
- Top clicked-through products
- Top performing questions
- Worst performing questions
- All questions, answers and drop-off
The Performance section (GA4 connection) benchmarks the following metrics:
- Conversion Rate (CR)
- Total purchases
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
- Total revenue
Usage
Total interactions, users, finishes and click-throughs
A quick overview of how many users use your selling guide, how many of them reached the finish and how many clicked on a product in the advise.
Top advised and clicked-through products
With ‘Top advised products’ and ‘Top clicked-through products’, you can track which products are advised to your users and which products are clicked on the most. For example, you can use this data to optimize your assortment or change your flow to stop recommending items that are rarely clicked on.
Question performance, answers and drop-off
In this section, you can get insights into how users behave and use your guide. You can see how many percent of your users click on a particular answer. This gives you insights into which answers are preferred by your users and which aren't.
With these insights you can, for instance, decide to increase your product assortment for a particular product property (if you see that most users prefer a certain property and your assortment on this product property is relatively small). You can also change your answers, change or add descriptions or change your questions to optimize your selling guide further.
Performance
If you haven’t already connected GTM and GA4 in Qonfi, you can do so with a few button clicks. After GTM and GA4 are connected, it can take up to 48 hours before data starts flowing in the new performance insights dashboard.
Conversion rate (CR) and Average Order Value (AOV)
Easily compare the Conversion rate and Average Order Value of Qonfi users vs. non-Qonfi users in a given time period. We generally see a higher average order value among Qonfi users. This is due to that Qonfi users easily see which products best meet their needs in an advise (match labels) and because the differences in product applications can be better explained with, for example, images, descriptive answer texts and tooltips. Once users understand these distinctions better, they can more easily recognize the product’s value and are more inclined to purchase a higher-priced option that better suits their needs.
Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
The Average Revenue Per User shows you exactly how much revenue a Qonfi user is worth to your business vs. a non-Qonfi user. This metric is calculated by taking the total purchase revenue and dividing it by the total user count.

The total purchase and revenue cards let you identify the absolute impact of Qonfi on your performance with respect to revenue and purchases.
