How to edit the results email settings
Use the "V2 (legacy)" version of the documentation if the "V3 enabled" toggle is not enabled under "Settings -> Styling".
Default settings
1. Go to "Settings" in the left navigation.
2. Go to "Results e-mail" to change the settings.
Sending the advice mail with Spotler
You can choose to completely skip sending the advice mail using Qonfi and send the mail yourself in Spotler using the Spotler Activate "qonfi_mail_advice" event. You can do this by enabling the "Disable sending mail by Qonfi" toggle.
How to edit the position of the mail results button
To change the location of the results mail button, go to Settings → Results Mail, and then you can change the button position to 'Top' to place it above the results, 'Bottom' to place it below the results, or 'Both' for both positions.
How to edit the preview text of the mail.
To change the preview text that appears in the recipient’s inbox, go to Results e-mail → Email preview text.
There, you can type the custom text you want to display in the email preview. This text will appear next to or below the subject line when the email is received.
How to set a Reply-To email address
If you want replies to your email to go to a different email address, go to Results Email → and enter the desired address in the Reply-To address field.
Replies from recipients will be sent to this address instead of the "send a copy to" address.
How to edit the content of the email
Before the email is sent, the user will be asked to enter their e-mail.
You can change the text's for the button and the e-mail results page under Results Email -> Text:
After the user inputs their email address, and clicks on the send button, they will see a confirmation page. You can change the text shown on this page by editing the "Email results form success text".
