How to show a form when no results are found
When using exact matching, sometimes your users will not be able to find an exact product that matches their needs, resulting in a "No results" page. With the "Show form when no results are found" option, you can show a form when no results are found, allowing your users to contact you when no results are found.
- Go to "Settings" in the left navigation.
- Go to "Results" and scroll down to "Form".
- Enable the "Show form when no results are found" toggle.
- Select the apps you want to send the form submissions to.
