How to use Qonfi with Microsoft Excel to translate your selling guide
With the multi-language feature you can configure multiple languages using a single selling guide. This guide goes over how to do this using Microsoft Excel. Please check out our translation documentation if you're just getting started with translations.
Exporting and importing translations works like this:
- Export the translations (.csv) file.
- Edit the translations file in a spreadsheet editor and add the translations for the different languages.
- Upload and import the edited translations file with the new translations.
1. Export the translations (.csv) file from Qonfi
Go to "Settings -> Translations" and click the Export/Import button.
2. Open the .csv file in Microsoft Excel
Click Finish.
3. Export the edited .csv file from Microsoft Excel
Click "File -> Save as" and make sure you select "CSV UTF-8 (Comma-delmited) (.csv)" as the file format.
4. Import the edited .csv file in Qonfi
- Click "Choose file" and upload your .csv file.
- Click "Import" to import your translations.
5. Preview your translations
Go to Preview & Styling and selected the language in the language dropdown to preview your translations.
