How to use the file upload question type
When you use contact forms in Qonfi for lead generation, file uploads can give you additional context to better understand the needs of your customers. With the “File upload” question type, you can now request additional files from your users which will be directly sent to your e-mail inbox.
Usage
When you add the new “File upload” step in your flow, users can upload 1 or more files in this step. If you then choose the “Form” follow-up, uploaded files will be attached to the mail once the form is submitted.
Good to know: once the mail is sent, the uploaded files are deleted from our servers and are only available in your e-mail inbox.
Editing the file upload question
When you edit the File upload question, you have several file upload specific options to configure:
- Upload input text: Text that is displayed at the location where the files must be uploaded.
- Files selected: Text to be displayed when files have been selected for upload.
- Upload limit error text: Text that will be displayed when the 5MB upload limit has been exceeded.
