How to add follow-ups to questions

A follow-up in Qonfi determines what the next action for the user is after our user answers a question.

1. Adding a follow-up question

In Qonfi there are many types of follow-ups. The most popular follow-up is the follow-up question so you ask a user another question after they have selected an answer. You can simply drag & drop a question type in the configuration tab on the right. See an example in the video blow.

2. Adding other follow-ups

You can also use the following follow-ups:

Send a user to an existing web page (or create one dynamically)
Show a text
Show a contact form
Show the filtered results of your product feed

To add other follow-up, click on the finish flag or the arrow when hovering an answer. A follow-up dialog will open.
