How to add tooltips to your questions

Use the "V2 (legacy)" version of the documentation if the "V3 enabled" toggle is not enabled under "Settings -> Styling".

Enabling Tooltips for Questions

Tooltips can help your users better understand each question by providing additional context or clarification. When enabled, a small information icon will appear next to each question. Hovering over this icon displays a short explanation or hint related to the question.

To allow tooltips you should go to Settings -> Configure and enable the switch for "Enable question tooltips"

After enabling the toggle, go to the question you want to add a tooltip to. When you edit the question, a new text field will appear where you can enter your tooltip.
