How to allow skipping questions
Allow skipping questions can only be used with the default V3 styling (settings > styling > enable V3 styling).
For some questions, you don’t want to force visitors to choose a specific answer. In such cases, it’s helpful to allow visitors to skip the question or let them indicate that they have 'no preference'. A common solution is to add an extra answer option like "no preference." Ideally, you should also include a suitable image for this option. When this occurs, it's best to give your visitor the option to skip the question altogether.
To allow users to skip questions in a single or multi select, you first need to enable this feature.
Go to Settings > Configure, and then enable the option "Allow skipping questions".
To make an answer act as a skip button:
Go to a Single Select or Multi Select step.
Create a new answer (this will become the skip button).
Enable the toggle "Mark as skip answer" for that option.
This answer will now appear as a skip button in the footer when the step is active.
When selected, it will let users skip the current question and move on to the next step.
