How to automatically hide answers without matches

Please use this feature carefully, as this adds a (small) loading time when loading your question to calculate which answers should be visible.

When you have questions with many answers, like color questions or size questions, automatically hiding colors or sizes that have no matches (based on the previously given answers) can be useful to reduce clutter in your flow.

Example

In the example below, all 9 color answers are visible by default. When 'Auto-hide answers without matches' is enabled, only 6 colors are displayed, as 3 color answers are automatically hidden due to that there aren’t any products that match these colors based on the previous answer selection.

To enable this:

  1. Edit the question you want to automatically hide the answers for.
  2. Toggle the "Auto-hide answers without matches".

When using this feature, there are three possible outcomes:

  1. More than one answer remains: The user simply sees the question.
  2. Exactly one answer remains: The remaining answer is automatically selected, and the question is skipped.
  3. No answers remain: The user is directed to the results.
