How to use the preference question type

The Preference question type allows your users to select questions that are extra important to them. The selected questions will be then be taken into account when calculating the matching score in the advice.

1. Add the Preference step to your flow

To start using the new “User preference” feature, simply drag the new “Preference” step from the right sidebar (under advanced) into your flow.

2. Configure the weight multiplier

To determine how much the user preference should impact the advice, you can change the “Weight multiplier”. Whenever a question is preferred by the user, the weight of that question will be multiplied by the weight multiplier configured in the “Preference” step.
