This article explains how to set up and manage billing information for a Qonfi user. This information includes details about payment methods and the addresses where invoices should be delivered. Based on the amount of user interactions an invoice is being generated and sent automatically each month. This article provides instructions on how to create a new billing setup or how to edit your billing setup.
Payment settings are setup on user level
Although a selling guide can be shared with many users, each unique selling guide is owned by only one user. The user who is an owner of the selling guide can only setup the billing details for the particular selling guide.
Create a new billing setup
- Sign in to your Qonfi account.
- Hover your mouse over your e-mailadress on the top right.
- A drop-down appears. Click billing.
- Enter the credit card details.
