Configuration
In the configuration screen, you'll find the flow for your selling guide. This is where you can add questions and answers to guide the customer to the right product.
Toolbar
The toolbar is used for quick actions in your flow.
Undo/Redo
With the "undo" button you can easily undo the last adjustment. Had you still wanted to make the adjustment, use the "redo" button to revert the adjustment.
Scroll to first step
When you have created a long flow you can easily go to the first question by clicking the "scroll to first step" button.
Questions
Question types
- Single select: Allow the user to choose one answer.
- Multi select: Allow the user to give multiple answers.
- Dropdown: Allow the user to choose an answer from the list of answers displayed.
- Text input: Ask the user to enter a text in response to the question asked.
- Number input: Ask the user to enter a number in response to the question asked.
- Search input: Allow the user to search through a given list and choose an answer from the search results.
- Form: Show the customer a contact form. this contact form can be linked to apps, for further processing.
- File upload: Request files from your users, which can be directly sent to your e-mail.
- Operation: Run a special operation to gather more information to use in your question.
Editing questions
When you edit a question, the question screen opens.
Information
Under the information tab you will find all the basic information and options for you question.
General options
- Type: question type indicates the type of question being asked of the customer.
- Category: Will be reflected in the question's breadcrumb trail and advice matches. A clear category is important for distinguishing between questions.
- Question: The actual question you want to ask your users.
- Text: Add additional text. This allows you to provide additional information about the question that will help customers make a better decision.
- Show in product matches list: when enabled, it shows the selected answer of the user on the result page as a match label.
Multi-select options
- Next button text: The text displayed on the button the user must click to move to the next question.
- Error message text: The text displayed when the user has not selected an answer.
Dropdown
- Dropdown default select text: The text displayed when the user has not selected an answer.
Number input
- Default value: The default/starting value for the number input.
- Minimum value: The minimum value that the user is allowed to enter.
- Maximum value: The maximum value that the user is allowed to enter.
- Decimals: The maximum amount of decimals for the given number.
Search input
- Search placeholder: A placeholder text to (for example) indicate to the user what kind of input is expected.
- Search list: A new line separated list for your user to search through.
Answers
Editing answers
When you edit an answer, the answer screen opens.
Information
Under the information tab you will find all the basic information and options for you answer.
General options
- Answer: The answer text.
- Image: Add an image to your answer. Use crop or fit to decide how the image is resized.
- Text: A text accompanying the answer to possibly clarify the answer.
Advanced options
- Usps: Add Usps to your answer to highlight certain upsides of choosing this answer.
- Price: Add a price to your answer. This is mainly used for calculations and custom results when you're not using a feed.
Follow-ups
Whenever a question is answered, a "follow-up" determines where the user is sent to next.
Follow-up types
- Follow-up question: Simply ask a follow-up question.
- Show the filtered results: When you think you know enough about the user's needs to give good advice you can choose to show the results. The results page shows the personalized advice to the user based on the answers given.
- Send the user to a webpage: The web page follow-up type allows us to send the visitor to a (dynamic) web page and optionally use variables (based on given answers) to construct an URL.
- Show text: Show a text to your users. This text can be edited with a rich text editor. Useful when you (for example) want to provide your users with instructions.
- Show a form: Show a form to your users and directly send submitted data to your e-mail or an app of your choice (like Mailchimp or Klaviyo). The answers picked by your user will also be send to your app. This way, you can easily add this user to an e-mail campaign segment and send personalized e-mails based on their interests.
